All my buyers receive automated emails on "Just Listed" homes and we work together everyday in finding the right home for you and your family. I enjoy working with buyers and once they choose me as their agent, we set up a game plan to locate the right, home, price and neighborhood! And I help with any other accommodations or request as needed.

I prepare and give you a (CMA) Comparative Market Analysis, which is basically the average of what a home can sell in your area. And I will also give you my professional opinion in what I think your home can sell for in today's market! Whether you're in the Bay Area, or in the Central Valley, every neighborhood and home is unique, so we will set a goal & strategy to sell your home at the right price with the right marketing.
