Where do I even begin??? Darcy is incredibly hard working and truly went the extra mile for us and the sale of our home. She gives solid advice with no pressure and is very supportive in what we felt worked for us when it came to any negotiations or counter offers. She has a huge amount of real estate experience and it really shined in every conversation we had. She took care of so many things behind the scenes to alleviate any stress and to take things off of our plate including beautiful staging, handyman recommendations, photos, last minute repairs, watering flowers, open houses (on a holiday weekend when her own family had an incredibly busy weekend) all done with a smile on her face. We felt she truly cared about our family, our story, and making the whole process as pleasant as possible! Darcy was recommended to me through a professional acquaintance as I planned a move from out of state. My husband and I emailed her and she promptly scheduled a call to get to know us and our real estate needs. She was warm, responsive and helpful from day one. We appreciated her personalized MLS search and the open communication she provided as we got a feel for the Spokane-area market. Darcy helped us decide what neighborhoods we wanted to focus on, and when we flew out for a long weekend to see homes in person she made sure we got to see and do everything we’d planned. As our needs changed Darcy always adapted, responding quickly to all of our questions and concerns. We wound up needing to close before we could physically be in Spokane, and Darcy handled it all, helping us sign electronically and take care of everything from out of state.

We recently sold a small rental house enlisting Darcy as our agent. She approached the listing as if it was a million dollar property by using creative staging, photos, videos, marketing strategies, etc. Her expertise and advice on improvements we should or shouldn’t make in preparation was invaluable, and the home was pending within three days after hitting the market. The house is nearly 100 yrs old so there were bumps along the way after inspection, but Darcy calmly navigated us through the process and advocated on our behalf when compromise was appropriate. I met Darcy through a house that she had listed. Prior to I had advise another realtor that I was wanting to buy a home and I let her know I was coming down. Not once did she offer to show me homes as when I spoke to Darcy she asked if I wanted to see homes which I was so happy, knowing I was only there for a few days she planned my days out which was so wonderful. It took us a while to get the lay of the land in Spokane and to figure out what kind of place we were looking for, and then a while longer to find the one we wanted to make an offer on. She was able to see exactly what we were looking for which was actually broad but kind of tricky! Darcy was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. The housing market is challenging for buyers with limited inventory. We were moving from across the state and didn't know the area well. Darcy helped us with different characteristics of each area around Spokane.

Honestly, Darcy was hands down the best choice for a real estate agent for me and my fiancee. We had chatted and met with a couple of other people and it just didn't seem right or fit with our personalities.
