Darin did such an amazing job getting my wife and I a house in this highly competitive market. He was able to help us navigate through the entire process as first time home buyers, and when our loan went sideways, he was able to get secure us an extension to closing that we wouldn't have expected in such a tight market. We would not have been able to close our house without Darin and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

I would sincerely give Darin more stars if I could! I WAS a first time buyer and Darin was just so patient and supportive of me. Not only did he succeed getting me through escrow in 17 days, he has taught me life lessons and taught me the home buying process that you don't learn in school or anywhere else. He was so patient and taught me all the terms, vocabulary, what to watch for in the market, and the whole buying process in general. He did this all with SO much understanding, patience, honesty, and empathy. He went above and beyond by going to open houses on my behalf when I couldn't physically be there, and was so flexible with my crazy work schedule (12 hour shifts at 2 different hospitals, both days and overnight). He went through all the emotions of purchasing my first home with me (the stress, anxiety, the excitement)!! Not only is he professional, kind, smart, and empathetic, Darin is a hard worker and an outstanding advocate for his clients. It shows he loves what he does and I'm even kind of sad that the buying process is over! I would recommend Darin and his team to anybody and I plan on working with him again in the future for another purchase!! Darin I cannot thank you enough!

Darin went above and beyond for us as we were out of town buyers. He had a weekend of showings ready when we met up and even contacted agents of homes that we saw as we drove around town. He was able to help us find the home that met all of our needs and we even beat out other offers. Darin was able to attend walkthroughs to represent us since we were out of town for the dates. He made the process smooth and stress free. I would recommend Darin for your home buying/selling needs.
