Darin went above and beyond for us. We had a particularly difficult property. We had to rezone the property, get a CUP, and get a development agreement with the County. He helped us negotiate the process and was the voice of reason. We had gotten the run around for years by the County and Darin was able to get through to the right people to get the answers we needed. In the end, because of Darin, we were able to sell the property and purchase a new property. Without him I have no doubt we would still be at our old place. We will use Darin again should we decide to sell.

Darin was very helpful throughout the entire buying/relocation process. Darin worked hard on finding us the right place and was very knowledgeable in the entire Treasure Valley. His professionalism was present the entire process and he went above and beyond expectations to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend working with Darin if you want someone who is reliable, persistent, respectful, professional, and determined. His generous mindset and genuineness goes beyond what one might expect in his industry. Very thankful for having had Darin represent our purchase.
