It was Dave Harbison who found us our new home, it was Dave Harbison who got us in to see the house when the sellers weren't ready to begin showing the house to potential buyers, it was Dave Harbison who walked us through the process and the inspections. Dave referred me to a mortgage broker when he noticed that my loan estimate didn't look quite right. On top of Dave's great service, his attention to detail saved me over $400 a month in a mortgage payment. Dave is knowledgeable, attentive, and dependable -- we are SUPER grateful to Dave !!

David Harbison listed my property on Ocean Blvd. in Long Beach, CA and I can't say enough how very helpful he was. I had a tenant in the unit and Dave worked above and beyond my expectation to accommodate all that was necessary to get through escrow.
