Dave Sanders

Dave has been a full-timer realtor since shortly after retiring from the United States Air Force. Whether you are a first time home buyer, a seasoned investor, or selling your property, he has the resources, equipment, knowledge, and experience to assist you in all your real estate needs. His goal is continue to lend his knowledge, skills and services even after you have settled in or sold your home. Long-term, mutually beneficial relationships are one of his strengths.

Dave graduated from University of Maryland University College with a Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies and Management. He completed his Masters Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from TUI University. He is currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration program at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.

He served 26 years in the United States Air Force splitting his time between the enlisted and officer corps. He moved 13 times in 26 years so he understands the anxiety that comes with buying and selling a home while also worrying about relocating.

In 2007, Dave moved to Colorado Springs. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing softball.
