David sold my condo for the highest amount any condo has ever been sold in my building. It is rare, in my opinion, that an agent is able to be ethical and skilled enough to handle a closing representing both the buyer and the seller. However, David pulled it out without a hitch. David is knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. No one will go to the mat for you more. If you are looking for someone who can get your house sold, David is your man!

Dave helped us in so many ways. He opened our minds to looking in different neighborhoods throughout L.A. and ultimately landed us in a neighborhood that is both perfect for us and financially smart. He helped us through a tremendously difficult escrow. No doubt because of his persistence, knowledge, and experience, we finally closed the deal. Dave made the arduous task of buying a home fun; he is funny, interesting, and eternally optimistic. Dave always kept us updated and responded immediately to our questions or concerns. We finally left renting behind and own a home, in no small part because of Dave, and we are grateful to him!
