David Deem

David has a background in business and management. He has a master’s degree in Business Management, and his professional experience includes over 12 years in the Natural Food industry as the Director of Purchasing for a national food company. Dave’s greatest strengths include contract negotiations and negotiating for the financial interests of his clients.

David and his family have lived in the City of Orange for over 16 years, with two daughters. David started in real estate in 1999. The cooperative nature of The Deem Team has generated great respect for them and a tight seamless real estate business. David and his family first moved to a rental home in Orange before their second child was born. The excellent schools, friendly neighbors, and easy access to freeways made them fall in love with Orange and buy their first home in the very same neighborhood.

The family’s interaction with neighbors through The Deem Team Yard Sale events, annual Canned Food Drives, school events, and community activities has made their decade plus in real estate a wonderful experience, even in the last 9 years in a challenging market.
