David Eldredge

David Eldredge has more than 40 years of real estate investment experience with a primary focus on multi-family buildings and property management. He bought his first 2-family residence at age 19 and by age 25 owned more than 100 apartments and 25,000 sf ft of commercial space along with overseeing a full-time staff of 25. David spent 10+ years in the financial services industry working with business owners and high new worth families to manage their investment portfolios for growth and capital preservation and income. He is the founder of a strategic real estate investment company and two residential brokerage companies.

David attended Northeastern University Boston School of Mechanical Engineering and has given back to his local community by serving as past vice-chair for the Falmouth Economic Development and Industrial Corporation. He is a past director for the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. His personal interests include weight training, biking, RV’ing and boating. He has 5 children and 8 grandchildren. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Cape Cod and the Islands Association of Realtors
