Born and raised in Southern California, Dave became interested in residential real estate even before graduating Magna Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in English Literature. He began working with a top-producing real estate agent prior to his senior year, took a break after graduating to enjoy four months of traveling around the world, and came back to begin his full-time professional real estate career.
Inquisitive, fastidious, and detail-oriented, Dave has always pushed to know how things work — whether it’s the features of a home or the numerous components of a real estate transaction. He has attended hundreds of inspections on properties, written or reviewed thousands of offers, and been a part of hundreds of successful transactions. Besides offering clients expert guidance based on his wealth of firsthand experience, Dave considers it a privilege and a professional advantage to have established positive, trusting relationships with numerous colleagues in the local real estate industry.
The father of three beautiful and energetic young kids (plus one sweet but insane Boxer), Dave enjoys swimming, skiing, biking, and going to sporting events with his family. He appreciates every day he gets to spend helping clients achieve their real estate goals, and watching his kids hit new milestones in their lives.
