David Paplow is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with WNY Metro Roberts Realty, proudly serving all of Western New York from the Williamsville office. With a background in the construction trades and hands-on experience as a rental property owner, David brings practical insight and a strong foundation to his real estate career—driven by a passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

He specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and also enjoys assisting sellers and investors. Whether clients are purchasing their first home or expanding their investment portfolio, David guides them through the process with patience, clear communication, and a friendly, approachable style.

Outside of real estate, David is a proud father to two amazing kids, Emma and Alex, and enjoys spending time on his motorcycle. A lifelong resident of the community, he’s deeply committed to helping others find their place in Western New York.
