Absolutely fabulous! David Serle is not only a consummate professional broker but also a wonderful, thoughtful person who goes way above and beyond what is required. He is so skilled at his profession - we were tempted to walk away from the buyer's first (low) offer, but with David's negotiating guidance, we sold our home in 5 days at 98% of the purchase price! Also, we were selling from out of state so obviously we could not come to Florida to participate in any way. Among other things, David met with a shipping service to direct the shipment of those items we wanted from the home - he did not even seek additional compensation for this service and he did it so graciously we are forever in his debt.He is super responsive to any text or call. I honestly cannot find the words to write enough positive comments about David.

Divid Serle was an amazing realtor for us. He was so professional, and brought so much experience with him, and we knew we were in good hands for both selling our home and purchasing a new one. He anticipated and helped solve potential issues before they happened.
