Dawn was amazing to work with especially for being first time homebuyers. For over a year we would look at houses and then decide it wasn't the right time and she was so supportive and never pushy. When we were finally ready she was ready to go and explained the whole process every step of the way. We changed our mind a lot, deciding from townhouse to single family home and she never missed a beat. When we found the one she made sure she did everything to get the home. We had some issues with our builder at the end of the process and she made sure she represented us and got us what we deserved and needed. She is so knowledgeable and will definitely be our realtor for life:) We have referred her to friends and they are using Dawn to get their first home!

She walked us through the process of selling our beautiful Colorado home. She assisted with the showing process and setting the home to be show ready. If I could give 500 stars, I would. Let me start by saying Dawn will treat you like you are family and will go above and beyond from the minute you start your search, to the minute you get the keys to your house. Dawn specifically searches for what you want, and doesn’t waste your time throwing in properties that you’d have no interest in; she also didn’t mind driving us all around to each of the areas we suggested. Dawn is incredibly knowledgeable about older homes, newer homes and new builds. This was a first time home purchase and I never felt stupid for calling or texting and asking questions that might have been obvious to someone else. Dawn really went out of her way for us not only when talking to the seller’s agent to get us everything we wanted and all the information we asked for, but also by also being extremely prepared for the inspection and calling a roofer ahead of time so we didn’t have to schedule that at a later date. Dawn also knew I was unfamiliar with the process and made sure to explain each document so that we completely understood what was going on and where we were at. I can’t express my appreciation and happiness enough! People say buying a home is scary, but Dawn took as much of that away as possible. I would recommend her 10/10

Bring a first time home buyer I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. Dawn was very patient with us through the entire process but respectfully direct when needed to keep us on track and focused. She spent a ton of time providing guidance and advice on every detail asked and was incredibly prompt with everything. I honestly didn’t have a single worry through the whole thing simply because Dawn was always so proactive and out in front of everything. There never seemed to be any surprises or “uh oh” moments. My stress level was at an absolute ZERO the whole time.
More importantly, Dawn does what she says and says what she does. And you can count on that. In a world where that personal touch just isn’t there anymore, it was an absolute pleasure and so refreshing working with her. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending to family and friends.

Dawn helped us purchase our home last month and I couldn't be more happy with choosing her as our agent. This is our 3rd purchase and I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with this process. Dawn understood what we needed and wanted the entire time without fail. Her consistent communication never had us guessing on things.
