My husband and I were relocating to a new area to buy our second home and we needed an agent in the area. We found Dawn an could not be happier we did. She was very responsive, helpful and informative every step of the way so much so she showed us the area's, showed us the schools and gave us all the information we needed on them so we could choose the best schools for our daughter's and even gave us all the local utility companies information to make it much easier on us. She was excellent dealing with the other agent and our lender and always had our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Dawn for any real estate transaction. I was looking to buy my first home when I met Dawn. I had a lot of questions and concerns with buying a home. Dawn took the time to explain the whole process to me. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, so she showed me a lot of different types of houses with different lot sizes. She is very patient. I couldn't be any happier with my home. Dawn is amazing! I would use her as my realtor again.
