My appreciation and love of all things local serve my clients and day-to-day real estate practice. As a 30+ year resident of Lower Cape, I have extensive knowledge and insight into the different areas that make up our vacation oasis. Real estate has always been a passion for me. My unique perspective on homeownership comes from both construction and investment standpoints. Having owned and operated a successful local plumbing business as well as several investment properties, my desire is to understand the client's wants and needs and connect them with the appropriate resources and referrals. With a keen sense of seeing the potential in properties, I translate that perspective/vision into reality for my clients. As a Realtor, my priority is educating my clients, helping them feel confident and comfortable through each step of the process and providing a positive experience.
