My wife and I purchased a home through Dayna. The experience was awesome! Dayna is by far the best realtor that we have ever had. She is direct, honest and will go to great lengths to ensure her clients are well informed throughout the purchasing process. Her ability to work closely with the seller’s realtor, and our lender ensured that our offer on the home was accepted over several others. We are moving from Michigan to Vancouver and we viewed homes through video calls. Dayna’s knowledge and expertise was invaluable given that we could not be present. She pointed out the strengths of each home but more importantly weaknesses which would cost money to fix and need remodeling. After the sale she agreed to watch the home regularly and collect any mail until we arrived. Additionally, her assistant Jill was just as awesome! Working as a team, no detail was ever lost and most importantly, their ability to communicate, communicate, communicate was truly special. We highly recommend that you contact Dayna if you are serious about purchasing or selling a new home!!!

This team of ladies were absolutely amazing for the entire year it took to purchase our home! They both shared compassion, empathy and excitement during our journey together. They were/are friends you could count on, they never took a day off from us when we needed them! They always took our calls/texts no matter the time or day. If they didn't know the answer to our question, they went the extra mile and a half to get the answer! They researched properties to find out more information than what was listed and tried to find all the nitty gritty details that we as the buyer would want to be aware of. At times they passed along information to the listing Agent of the property we were interested in because the Agent was unaware and didn't do their own research regarding the property. This team is who you want on your side when in the market to purchase a house! They will Always have your best interest at heart and will do everything in their power to make sure you walk into a property armed with every bit of knowledge they could dig up on it. We weren't treated as just a client, this team treated my family as their own and helped find our home accordingly.

From coming in before hand, discussing the process, providing a check list to checking on your home regularly even after the sale is complete. Dayna & Jill are some of the most all around greatest individuals I’ve ever met! They are very on top of their work, and truly make you feel like a priority. They are all over paperwork, willing to answer questions(even multiple times), if one isn’t there the other will be. We had an amazing experience while searching for our home, they make the home buying process as simple as possible. Dayna is very honest about each house you look at, she notices fine details when touring the homes, and offers great advice. Dayna and Jill are such an amazing team! From the very start, they were knowledgeable and extremely organized. Dayna stopped by for an initial walk-through, providing a plethora of guidance to help prepare my home to be listed.

Throughout the process, Dayna and Jill kept me informed and took the time to answer my (many) questions every step of the way. Their detailed communication and response times were excellent, even on Sundays and holidays (including Mother’s Day!). Dayna even stopped by to help me finish some last minute tasks before closing.

I had the best experience with Dayna and Jill! They took the list of things I wanted and found me a perfect place! Working nights I would frequently text them all hours of the night and I always got a response first thing in the morning and during the days they would both reply within minutes! I am so thankful I had them both for the process of buying my first home! It has been such an amazing home buying journey. Dayna is kind, listens to all of your needs, and will be honest with you from the start.
