As a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington I have a proven track record for successfully representing buyers & sellers in the counties of Clark, Cowlitz & Skamania. Within my 20 year tenure, I have taken great care to ensure each transaction is handled professionally and with as little stress as possible. Navigating the challenges & expectations that come with real estate purchase & sales take an experienced professional like myself to ensure a positive outcome. I enjoy assisting the first time home buyer equally as much as the seasoned sellers. No land parcel or residence is too small or too large for me to represent. I have successfully assisted many clients who have moved here from out of state, coordinating sensitive time lines & details involving the transfer.

As of late, I've been called upon to assist elderly sellers who are moving in to their final aging in place residence. This requires careful & diligent communication along with detailed coordination involving their family members (typically the client's children and/or powers of attorney).

I love the Pacific Northwest - I've lived here for 30 years. Its an awesome place to enjoy the great outdoors. I myself like to hike & paddleboard in the most beautiful surroundings our great state has to offer. Its also a great place to enjoy dining out for a great meal &/or a great coffee house for a great mocha.

My personal hobbies as I mention above include hiking & paddle boarding. I also greatly enjoy cooking - I find that it is rewarding to create a great meal by shopping local farmers markets and utilizing locally sourced ingredients. Making fresh home made pasta is my my most recent hobby!
