She went to boarding school in Palm Beach, Fla. and college in New Jersey. She has been married to Randy Gibbs (A Virginian) for 45 years and has lived in Richmond her entire married life. They have a grown daughter, Carter, a wonderful son-in-law, Steve, and enjoy spoiling their grandchildren. Debbie has a strong commitment to community service. She is active on the Advisory Board of the Massey Cancer Center, the Council of Historic Richmond, the Junior League of Richmond, a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and a member of the Women's Club. Debbie is involved in many professional associations. Some of these include the Richmond Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has been a top producer since 1978 and holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Debbie has been recognized as a top Real Estate Agent in the Richmond area for the past several years.
