Deme Mekras

Deme is the visionary and Chief Executive Officer at MSP Group. He is an expert in the multifamily arena and has closed nearly 12,000 units in his career as well as numerous commercial properties and developable land with an aggregate value of approximately $1 Billion. A dedicated specialist, Deme has a firm command over all aspects of the multifamily business and enjoys a stellar reputation in the market. A Miami native, Deme grew up in the areas of Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. He attended Ransom Everglades middle and high schools before graduating from Coral Gables Senior High. He then attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) where he earned his Bachelors in Business Administration, majoring in Organizational Behavior and Business Management with a double minor in Spanish and Latin American Studies. Deme is fluent in Spanish which vastly enhances his relationship with his Latin American clientele.
