I've worked with Denice on several occasions with a variety of clients. Denice is polite and well-spoken with a light-hearted disposition. She gives thoughtful, creative pre-sale advice to home sellers. She is optimistic and positive due to years of experience and demonstrates confidence in her skills.

She works equally well with singles, married couples and families; those moving up or scaling down, first time homeowners or affluent. She also has a network of investor clients.
