My husband and I asked Denise to assist us in
listing our Kentucky vacation home and buying a
new one in Indiana. She is licensed in Indiana
but was able to connect us with a Berkshire
Hathaway agent in KY through her company's
relocation service. Even though she can't be our
listing agent in that state, she has been so helpful in guiding us and the local agent.

We've only begun the process of finding our new
vacation home in Indiana, but Denise already has
a good feel for what we seek and has been really
quick to let us know when new possibilities hit
the market. This has been our first chance to
work with her on a professional level. I
appreciate her sensitivity to our desires and
willingness to set us straight when we need it. I don't doubt she treats all of her clients, whether they are selling or buying, with the same level of compassion and sensibility.

On our first meeting Denise was pleasant and was dedicated to helping us find our dream home. She was able to setup a tour of the houses we were looking at with just a couple days notice and never had a hiccup. She was great communicating with me and my wife on anything we needed. When we made an offer she got all the paperwork ready for closing and we had zero issue on the closing which we were nervous for. Go with Denise!
