Denise Manoogian

Ms. Manoogian brings over 25 years of varied experience in virtually every aspect of acquisition, entitlement, development, financing, asset management, disposition, building revitalization and strategic plans. As an expert in real estate and development financing, her strengths include a keen understanding of financial and feasibility analysis, land use analysis, commercial investment trends, transaction negotiations, and market assessment for investors.
Ms. Manoogian managed a portfolio of over $100 million which consisted of retail sites, ground leases, warehouses and offices. She navigated the legal and technical aspects of the California redevelopment agency dissolution, developed site-specific, large-scale strategies for the management, disposition and development of real estate assets, and assisted with the preparation and implementation of comprehensive dissolution strategies which successfully re-captured a real estate portfolio whose long-term value was greater than 1 billion dollars. She has successfully negotiated tenant commitments and has been instrumental in successful project management of a wide range of complex commercial, industrial and residential projects. She has a unique ability to quickly identify investment opportunities and bring together the diverse interests of all parties involved.
