Derrick Mar, a native of San Francisco for over 50 years, was raised on the west side of the city which he still currently lives with his wife, Cindy. Derrick joined COMPASS back in early 2018 after a successful stint at Coldwell Banker for over 15 years. In his initial year as full-time Realtor®, Derrick earned the prestigious Sterling Award which ranks him in the top 15% of all Coldwell Banker Worldwide. Derrick continues to establish himself as a leader in residential real estate. During 2015, Derrick ranked TOP 3% among NRT (Coldwell Banker’s parent company) agents worldwide (over 88,000 agents) and received the “International President’s Circle” award--an esteemed designation earned by only an elite few Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.
