Desiree was the untimate realtor that demonstrated a solid understanding of the real estate market for both home & investment needs. Not only is Desiree a very pleasant person to be around, but she possess a keen understanding of the marketplace and maximizes her intelligence to helped me locate and purchase a Bank/REO listed home for rental purposes, that was worth at least 20% beyond the fair market fair of the home over my offer. She went over an beyond her duties as a realtor, and was ready to jump in when I also needs assistance in securing vendors & other service companies to help me in renovating this home following my closing. She was an expert in locating potential listings that closely aligned with my requirements for a rental property. She has an impressive understanding of the real estate industry that is closely aligned with a deep understanding of the local areas and all the new surrounding Central Florida communities that are popping up. As a first time rental home buyer, I couldn’t be happier that we found Desiree. Following are the things that I think Desiree has consistently exceeded in 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person’s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions of prior sales comps in the area, even going back as far as 5 years. Her level of expertise and in depth questioning of my needs was impressive. 2. Timely communication – Desiree was always consistent and I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time; it’s the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really made the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care – this is where I really think Desiree went over & beyond her duties. Prior to our closing, Desiree notified me of an HOA lein 14 days before closing. I was a bit worried thinking this would become a High Cost item for me, and so Desiree submitted a request to the bank to cover the cost of the new sod. Even thought the property was listed to sell in As is condition, Desiree was able to convince the bank to cover 50% of the sod replacement. She is a powerful negotiator! 03/12/2016 - Norwichgroup Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $325K in Winter Garden, FL.

Can't say enough good things about Desiree! What a professional and local expert, she assisted our family during a relocation and was incredibly patient as our process started in 2015 and we closed in feb 2016!! Truely awesome to work with, realistic in setting expectations for price in certain areas, tons of local knowledge, and even gave pricing on suggested home improvements to increase values of properties.
