Her expertise and dedication is the reason she is one of the top realtors in the Denver area. She listened attentively to my families needs and preferences and found the perfect spots for all of us. I had the pleasure of working with Deviree when making the move from Texas to Denver. The experience I had with her was phenomenal and honestly much more than I ever expected given the out-of-state aspect of my experience. The property we bought was a new build and with that comes a lot of stress on top of being out of state through the entire process. Deviree went above and beyond ensuring that we received updates and progress reports on how the house was coming along. She was so diligent and would literally do recorded video walk throughs on her phone for us as often as we asked.

Through the inspection and walk-thru process Deviree offered her expertise to ensure that we knew what questions to ask and/or any red flags to look out for. We also had some hiccups during our trip back to Denver to close on the home that she worked out with the mortgage lender so that we were able to close on-time and while we were in the area.

I've purchased multiple homes in my life using multiple different real estate agents and I've never gotten the level of care that Deviree offered us during my very stressful move to another state. I can't imagine having gone through it with anyone else.

I HIGHLY recommend her services for a multitude of reasons but the most important to me was her authenticity and honesty. She's not only an expert at her craft, but she's an amazing human, too!

As first time sellers, we were not aware of much of the process on the selling side, Deviree did a great job to explain the steps to me and my wife. Her reputation for delivering the best experience for buyers and sellers alike is unmatched and she has a better pulse on the market than anyone out there. I worked with Deviree over the past few years to purchase two (2) homes in Denver and had a wonderful, no pressure experience each time. Our search for the most recent home took about 6 months and we looked at over 40 properties. Deviree was extremely patient and never tried to pressure me into buying a property that wasn’t a good fit for me and my needs. Earlier this year, we eventually found a home that was off market and her connections in the industry helped to make this possible. Deviree is a true professional who I have used twice as both a buyers and sellers agent. As a buyers agent she was patient and helped steer me to properties that had the most value. Once we found the right property she made sure I got the house over other competing bids. As a sellers agent she knew exactly what improvements to make (and not make) to maximize value. When it was time to sell my house and buy a bigger one, I asked my friend to give me Deviree's number because I had heard such good things. Deviree lived up to the hype and more. I'm convinced she knows the Denver market and all the players as well as anyone. The house I sold through her was built in 1900 and had multiple issues that needed to be negotiated due to its age. Deviree not only accurately predicted how each offer would play out with the buyers and their agents (the first offer was terminated) but skillfully negotiated the sale in my favor after a lot of back and forth. As great as she is at helping you sell a home, I think Deviree offers even more value for home buyers. During my house hunt she pointed out countless potential issues and tradeoffs that I would not have noticed or thought about. Even though it took 6 months and she spent many hours looking with me, Deviree never encouraged me to make an offer on a house that wasn't a truly great fit. She takes the time to really understand what her client wants and follows through on finding the best fit no matter how long it takes. She always had my best interests in mind and there was no pressure. Deviree makes the process easy. She is very responsive and on top of even the tiniest details. You can tell how hard she works because every question you have and every little thing to take care of is addressed and handled without any effort from the client. On top of all this, Deviree is incredibly fun and a joy to work with. I can't say enough good things and will refer anyone I know needing a realtor to her!

When we recently decided to list our house, we reached out for recommendations for a good real estate agent. We heard from two friends that Deviree was a "pro" and that she was a "rock star". After doing additional research online, we reached out to her. The next day we got on a quick call discussing her approach and then she came to visit the house the following day.
