Devon was super helpful right from the beginning. He walked me thru step by step, gave me current status and knows his stuff. He was always available for any questions or concerns I had. He provided me valuable information that helped me with the selling process, since he's been in the business for a while, he knows a lot of people that helped me get my unit in great condition which allowed me to get it right for the market. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy agent. He goes above and beyond to make sure the process is smooth and every advice he gave me helped me sell quickly and very simple to do, all while making sure he has your best interest and feeling comfortable without pressure. Selling a property isn't easy sometimes, but Devon is the best at what he does and I'm so glad I was able to work with him. Definitely a 11 out 10! and highly recommended.

Let me start by saying Devon is the BEST! Five months ago, he helped us close on our dream home. The real estate market has become intensely competitive and expensive (everything is going for over asking). And because of this our search experience had become emotionally challenging and exhausting. We would see a new listing on the market or make an offer on a house and boom 7 hours later the house would be in pending. We knew cash is always going to be king and with so many cash offers being made we started to feel hopeless. But Devon never gave up and keep telling us don’t worry your house will come. Throughout the process Devon also always answered every call, text no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, encouragement, knowledge, honesty, patience, and work ethic made us feel at ease and is very much appreciated. We never felt forced to make an offer and Devon always made sure he took us to view homes that met our “must have” list. It took us seven months to finally find the "one" and with that came a new challenge. We ended up in a bidding war and began to panic but not Devon. He was very calm and confident. He knew it was all about the specifics of the offer, went above & beyond in communicating to the selling agent why we were the better choice and kicked butt during negotiations. Devon was there EVERY step of the way and very proactive. He never wavered nor did he ever let us settle for less than what we originally told him we wanted in a home and he did not give up. He got us into our dream home and for this we are so grateful. With that said, I would highly recommend Devon for all your real estate needs because choosing him means you’re guaranteed GOLDCLASS SERVICE.
