My parents are elderly and had issues finding a realtor who prioritized their interests and circumstances when purchasing a home. Ms. Gomez was extremely kind and helpful and took care to address their housing needs as best she could. The house search and purchase process was thorough and transparent: she kept them informed of any developments, offered options and advice, and made sure they could reasonably afford their final choice. She also made it a point to include my brother and I in the process.

I had the pleasure of working with Diana when I inherited my mom's home, which was set for foreclosure. She cold-called me, and her willingness to help was evident from the very beginning. Diana asked me what I planned to do with the house, and when I told her I wanted to purchase it, she advised me on the process to follow in a professional and friendly way.

Diana also offered to purchase the home from me if I decided not to keep it, but ultimately, I wanted to keep it. She then guided me throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. One of the obstacles we faced was disputing the appraisal value of the home, which could have resulted in me losing it. However, thanks to Diana's expertise and guidance, we were able to successfully dispute the appraisal value.

I can't recommend Diana enough. She is a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. But what makes her stand out from the rest is her genuine desire to help people like me. She went above and beyond in every way to ensure I could keep my mom's home. Diana is a true gem and asset at KW Capitol. Thank you so much, Diana!

Diana was the realtor use to sell my late Mother in-law’s home in Miami Florida. She did a great job for the family. She let them know every offer that was given and let them decide on they own to take or decline the offers. She did a great job having to deal with four individuals in four different locations. She also did a great job communicating. I would be glad to use her again.

I am convinced that there is not a Real Estate Agent in South Florida better than Diana. My fiancee and I were amazed by the level of professionalism she exhibited every single day and how knowledgeable she is. she always greeted us with a smile, took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure our decision was not swayed by any outside opinions. Today, I am moving into my dream home that had already accrued over $100,000 in equity at closing table and even more now as I am writing this review thanks to her expert knowledge and tenacity. If you are looking for a realtor in South Florida whom will always have your back, will always make sure you are comfortable with your decision, will always put her client's satisfaction above all else, and will fiercely advocate for her client's interest, then Diana should definitely be your realtor and don't forget to thank me later.

Listed and sold my home with Diana and she was FANTASTIC! Even with some life trials and tribulations of my own, she was extremely understanding, patient, and professional during the entire process. BEST REALTOR thats why we went with her she did not stop sending us listings till we found the house of our dreams. Other realtors tried to force there listing on us and would only send a couple. She helped a lot with the whole process making sure we contacted everyone ahead of time to make sure the purchase was smooth and on time, if not there would have been a lot of delays. She was very patient with us, as we were very picky for our first home and I recommend her to any of my family & or friends because they will truly be satisfied !
