Diana Pellerin

I began my career in real estate 39 years ago and have successfully sold millions of dollars of real estate since then. My experience is evidenced and enhanced by the variety of transactions and types of properties I have sold properties ranging from lots, land and ranches, to all manner of residences and rentals. My commercial experience ranges from the Corner Hamburger Stand to Victorian Bed and Breakfasts and from Offices to Warehouses. I was raised in our Five Cities area of the Central California Coast and I am intimate with its people and places. I concentrate all my efforts on knowing the different areas and markets to better serve my clients.



Professional Experience

Upon my high school graduation, I went to work for Xerox Corporation in 1976, beginning a career that I quickly advance from the first ever area female Technical Representative to Corporate Marketing Executive. I left Xerox in 1986 to begin my Real Estate career, bringing with me unparalleled corporate sales training and ability. In 1988 I joined South County Realty and enjoyed a successful career in real estate for more than 23 years. I joined the team at Outland and Associates for 3 years and furthered my skills and have now joined forces with Cornerstone Real Estate in Shell Beach and Pinnacle Real Estate Group in South Lake Tahoe. I have brought with me years of experience and knowledge and have taken the next step in my real estate career by obtaining my Brokers License in California. I currently service my customers on the Beautiful Central Coast and the Greater Lake Tahoe Basin. I believe my success stems from my diligent service, problem solving skills and strong commitment to my clients.
