Diane Evans

Diane Evans is a dedicated and experienced realtor at Sotheby's International Realty in Los Feliz, who loves what she does. The Eastside has been her home for over 20 years, so she has extensive knowledge of the area beyond real estate. Diane is school savvy and knows the communities' history, fabulous stores, the best places to eat, etc.

Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Hollywood Hills, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Highland Park, Mount Washington, Pasadena, Altadena, Adams Hill and beyond are where she spends her time working, where most of her friends and clients live. Her children attended the public schools in Silver Lake and Eagle Rock over two decades. She takes immense pride and passion in being an active member of her community and has passionately been involved in College Path LA since 2000.

After attaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, she had a successful career as a textile design artist before becoming a Realtor.

Her education and background allow her to highlight clients’ homes in the best light and helps buyers see a home's hidden potential. Her goal is to help clients find a home that fits their needs in a community where they will thrive. She loves working with first-time buyers and sellers and those who have been down the road before.
