Dick Davis

Dick began his career in real estate in 1979 with Jim Dickson Realtors, a then-dominant independent real estate firm in Pasadena. Within the first five years with Dickson, he was promoted to Vice President of the firm, and managed all five of their offices. Dick joined the boutique Pasadena firm of Podley, Caughey and Doan as a managing partner in 1989, before founding his own company, Cornerstone Real Estate Services.

Established upon trust in 1999, Cornerstone is the manifestation of Dick’s character expressed in the form of his company - to serve his clients with integrity, professionalism, respect, excellence, dignity, and trust.
Coming alongside his clients to achieve their desired real estate outcomes is a near-obsession for Dick and he does it extremely well. From clients to brokers/agents, vendors, and more - they all recognize Dick as someone who cares deeply about serving others and developing long-term friendships that go beyond a single transaction. This may be why at one point he was voted by his peers as one of the Top Ten Best-Mannered Businesspeople in Pasadena.

Dick has been married to his college sweetheart for over 40 years and is the proud father of three adult children. He is “Papa” to six grandchildren who keep him young by spending lots of time in the ocean, on hikes, riding bikes, and more. His family is his greatest joy, and he loves celebrating the best of life with those he loves.
