Dina was a great relator. She was very responsive and was always able to act quickly and meet us at the homes we were interested in seeing and sent me good suggestions for properties we might want to see. She was always on time and put in our offers quick on the properties we wanted to bid on. She helped us navigate this aggressive housing market with her own aggressive approach. If it was up to my husband and I, we would still be looking for a house due to weak bids (there really was no time to wait in the April 2022 housing market because houses were going so fast and you had to put everything out on the table ASAP!). Thanks to Dina our third offer on a house was accepted and it was our favorite home by far. Thank you Dina for your expertise and help navigating this unfamiliar territory! We love our home 🏡

If you are looking for an experienced realtor to hold your hand every step of the process Dina is for you! As first time homebuyers we were so lucky to find her. Not only was Dina a a pleasure to work with, communication was immediate and she never left us hanging.

She also had some great recommendations on vendors to use for home inspections and so on that we were really happy with, so that made the whole process even easier.

She was very thorough, calmed our nerves and made sure we got into our dream home.
