Dina is absolutely wonderful!

This was our very first home buying experience and we could not have wished for a more knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and well-connected agent than Dina. She always showed up to our meetings, showings, and calls prepared to talk through our property lists as well as the myriad of questions we had as first time home buyers. Dina is especially knowledgeable of the intricacies of the VA Loan and helped us to expertly navigate the more complex details of the program. As first time buyers, it was absolutely necessary for us to find a realtor who we trusted as both an expert in real estate as well as a wonderful person. Dina exceeded all of our expectations. Each of our concerns, excitements, disappointments, and questions were heard and answered with utmost care and understanding. And Dina never made us feel that any of our wants was too picky, or any questions, too small.

Dina is a phenomenal agent and we truly owe our first condo purchase to her help! We would recommend her to anyone looking to get into DC real estate in a heartbeat.

Dina is the best! As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and was generally nervous about the whole process, especially after hearing horror stories from friends trying to buy in DC. Dina guided me through everything with patience, expertise, and humor. I ended up finding the perfect place and got it for under listing price! She was a great advocate during the contract process. She also gave me great recommendations for lenders and home inspectors, and knows someone for pretty much everything you might need in your home (a window guy, a cabinet guy, a handyperson, etc.). A few months after I moved, I found some issues with my balcony, and she continued to be extraordinarily helpful, reaching out to the seller/selling agent to see if she could find extra information for me and again just being really helpful as I navigated that wrinkle. I continue to be so grateful for her help and could not be happier with my home.

Dina is a great Realtor who helped get me in the right condo at the right time. I found the perfect place under budget in short amount of time so that I could still capitalize on a great rate and a seller concession. I had a great experience touring properties with her during a pandemic--we evaluated every location, and I very quickly adjusted my strategy and expectations to buy my first home in DC in less than three months. She never pulls punches and is careful to make sure that you understand the market--that you are not starry eyed or too aspirational to venture outside your set budget. Because of her guidance, my first offer was accepted at a great price in a desirable location in DC.

Dina was recommended to me by a friend and after working with her myself, I can see why. I was a first time buyer so didn't exactly know all of my wants and needs, but she was very patient with me while I figured that out (by touring multiple properties). I never felt like she was pressuring me in any way or rushing me so that she could get a sale. In fact, there were several times when we were viewing a property that she would straight up tell me "I think you can get something with much better value within your budget." She pointed out things I should consider that hadn't even crossed my mind. I also had a pretty busy work schedule that really limited my time to view properties but she was flexible and accommodating. Can't recommend her enough!

I first meet Dina at a RPCV/W workshop she facilitated in 2019. I wasn’t ready to buy a home then but I learned about the steps in the home buying process. When I was becoming more serious about buying a home in 2020, I reached out to Dina and she answered my questions and gave me good advice. We started to look at houses early 2021 and I am very happy that I had her on my team. She listened to what I wanted and showed me around 11 homes that fit my criteria. When I finally submitted an offer, Dina communicated well and it went by smoothly. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home in the DMV area!

Dina helped us buy our first home in the spring. We had zero real estate knowledge coming into the process and she patiently walked us through each step and made the process as straightforward as possible despite the pandemic. She went out of her way to find excellent places to look at, and would even pick me up to show you places when I didn't have access to a car. She would also go pre-look at houses that I didn't have time to check-out, and went above and beyond to make sure places were a good fit for me.
