Dirk is a licensed Broker, Partner, and Managing Broker of Signature Real Estate, and Co-Team Leader of The Skyline Group. His progressive career began with fixing and flipping properties, up-scale home renovations, and property management. Dirk and his company own multiple income-producing residential properties and manage countless others for past clients and their referrals. He oversaw their 85 million dollars in transaction volume, while personally completing an average of over 20 transactions per year.

As a small business owner of over 15 years, Dirk has honed his people and communication skills and is recognized for his ability to accurately identify clients' wants and needs, finding the ideal property to meet their desires. Dirk takes pleasure in developing informed clients by sharing the intricacies of the Real Estate process and providing innovative solutions to help eliminate the fears of buying and selling properties.

Having successfully transitioned to a career in Real Estate, Dirk possesses both the education (B.S. in Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver) and the attention to detail required to assist clients through any Real Estate transaction.
