Donelle is just a great person. We were lucky to have her as we were going to work with another agent who ended up not being available and recommended Donelle to us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and just worked really hard to make sure that everything went smoothly for us while we were looking for a house. The process was so streamlined and when we did have a "hiccup," without even pausing for a second, she was finding a solution for us. She totally took the worry out of our buying experience. We would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her if we make any future purchases in her area. We can't thank her enough!

We thought we may have a quick and easy transaction, but on closing day a leak in the ceiling of our new home was found. Donelle was right on top of making all the calls to the responsible parties to get the leak fixed and ceiling repairs done quickly and efficiently to not delay our move-in date. Donelle is personable and very responsive. We enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend her to others.

I have worked along side Donelle over the past years in the Chamber of Commerce. She is reliable, hard working, caring and kind. She gives back to her community and those of us in it. She is so dedicated to all she does and has a servant heart. She is organized and leads well. She has either lead or been a part of MANY organizations and events!!

Donelle is an incredible and hardworking individual. Not only does she work her tail off in the real estate world, but behind the scenes she is very active in helping non profits. The hours and hours she puts into her business and yet still finds time to help in her local community is what makes her a super star. I had the best experience buying my first house as a single woman! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! Donelle has all the patience in the world. She answered every question I had. I completely trusted her and felt she had my best interest in mind. She was patient with me on my venture. We found the perfect house!!!!!!. Everything went so smooth. Once I said this is the one, she worked vigilantly to get it for me!

Donelle has helped me find and buy multiple properties over the last several years. Donelle is really good at negotiating with the sellers agent, keeping you sane during a chaotic fast pace process, and having a really positive outlook on all situations. Which all in all, makes the process seem much simpler and less stressful than it has with other agents I’ve worked with in the past. She just helped us close on a 14 day escrow! And it was a breeze. She schedule inspections right away, and yes, we really did close in 14 days! She’s also very available and has a quick response time. I can’t say enough positive things about Donelle finding you your next home or investment property!
