Before pursuing a full -time career in real estate I worked 15 years for the Department of Defense and ended my career there as a Supervisor in the Accounts Receivable department. I took an early retirement in 2003 to focus on real estate.
I started my real estate career in 1998 and made the decision in 2005 to go back to school for a degree in Business Management. In 2011 I received my real estate broker’s license.
Since 1998 a large portion of my business comes from first time buyers and first time sellers. I have a vast knowledge of Short sales, Loss Mitigation, Home Retention Specialist, and since 2004 I’ve worked with Bank Owned properties, Foreclosures and HUD properties.
In October of 2013 I discovered EXIT Realty’s awesome system and in December 2013 I purchased my EXIT franchise and started EXIT Empower Realty in Reynoldsburg Ohio.
I volunteer at Columbus Housing Partnership, a non-profit organization where I’ve been privileged to speak to and advise potential homebuyers who are in the market to purchase their first home.
