I grew up in Volusia County, I am a member of the Junior League, I have a paralegal degree with an emphasis in real estate law and I have worked as a real estate closer for a large local title company. I was honored by my peers with an award for outstanding customer service which I hold very dearly to this day. I have been blessed with many business relationships over the years in this community which, I truly believe, allow my transactions to progress quickly and smoothly. I believe my prior history in the legal field and real estate industry sets me apart from other agents and it allows me to provide a superior service to my clients. Donna was our Realtor for our first home purchase. Donna has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate field and she had so many resources available for us that took our apprehensions out of the home buying process. She was an awesome cheerleader from start to finish and truly cared about our best interest. She did everything she could to ensure we got a good deal and CLOSED the deal. She is a rockstar! We brought less than $500 to the closing table and purchased a home that met all of our needs and then some. After reading several reviews on realtors in Florida, I came across Donna's name. Due to all of the positive reviews, I decided to give her a call. Initially, I got her voicemail. She responded quickly. We talked on the phone. I liked the way she explained things to me. We live over 600 miles away. We set a date to drive down to look at some properties she lined up for us. She found some great properties in our price range. We spent two days looking at different units and found what we wanted. Donna helped us put in an offer that same day. Long story short, we now own a condo in Florida. Donna went above and beyond our expectations. No one could not ask for better realtor than Donna Rose. Thanks, Doug K
