Donna Tyler is a full-time REALTOR® who is running her own Real Estate company. She helps families buy, sell and invest in Real Estate throughout Central Florida and the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Donna spent over 20 years working for other companies. She managed offices for a global tax services company, where she advised many kinds of clients on tax issues. She served college students, single moms, small business owners, and even other tax preparers and often dealt with the IRS on their behalf. Later, Donna moved into management where she concentrated on training other tax preparers and conducting marketing for the office. For the last few years, she spent as a Firm Administrator for a growing CPA firm, helping small business owners keep on top of their financials and helping the CPAs manage workflow.
Something important she took away from those years is that she enjoys being a real advocate for her clients. Not just advising them on what to do, but really breaking down the process and deciphering for them the confusing wording and complicated forms to present options in a way that made sense. When her clients felt good about the decisions they were making, that is when Donna was personally fulfilled. It was a win/win because it saved clients time and frustration while the companies she worked for enjoyed a reputation for delivering high-quality service.
When the time came that working for someone else no longer fit with her lifestyle, she knew whatever she did, she wanted to be a knowledgeable expert. Donna does this in Real Estate by taking many more classes than is required to keep her license(s) and by networking with other agents, lenders, inspectors, and anyone remotely connected to real estate. When she is not working for her clients, Donna enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with Fergus, her French Bulldog.
