Doreen Stene

Doreen illustrates integrity, detailed service, expert knowledge and professionalism in all aspects of her real estate business. As with any good service provider, the ability to communicate with clients is Doreen’s strongest attribute. Her ability to empathize, listen, and conduct ethical and professional transactions makes her one of Denver’s honorary realtors year after year. Doreen was born in Wakefield, Massachusetts, a small suburb north of Boston. She attended Plymouth State College in New Hampshire where she fell in love with skiing. After graduating with a BS in early childhood education, she traveled across country, spent the winter skiing in Colorado and never looked back. Before deciding to seek adventures in real estate, she ran a family-owned business in Denver for over two decades. She then became a licensed real estate professional in 1998 and has enhanced Denver real estate for 18 years and counting. Doreen was recently named as a Five Star Real Estate Professional by 5280 Magazine for 2015. 5280 Magazine partners with the Five Star Professional Research Team to determine the top 7% of all real estate agents in the Denver metro area that provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction to their clients. This award is truly special as it comes from her clients and peers. Doreen has worked every aspect of residential real estate representing buyers, sellers, banks and investors. Her business has always been very diversified – from first time home buyers (There is nothing more gratifying than helping a client purchase their first home!!) to Luxury Homes Sales – Relocation Members to Investors – New construction projects to Short Sales and Foreclosures. In addition to traditional real estate, she has a love for community improvement. She has completed several investment projects and continues to pursue her passion for home design. Doreen has 2 beautiful daughters, Kimberly and Julie. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and attending Denver Bronco football games.
