Douglas A. Hauck knows real estate like Stephen Hawking knows physics. A resident of the Denver area since 1970, Douglas is knowledgeable about all segments of the residential and commercial real estate industries, including investments, the needs of first-time and move-up buyers, home financing, fix and flip properties, rentals, new construction, and the attributes of metro Denver’s most desirable and historic neighborhoods.

Douglas started his real estate career in 1982 and is one of the top producing Broker Associates with RE/MAX Masters Millennium. He is known for his superior customer service that has resulted in a successful business based on referrals and repeat clients.

Douglas holds a Master of Real Estate (MRE) designation, a distinction held by less than two percent of all active licensed Realtors. The MRE is the highest designation awarded in the residential real estate industry. He is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a Graduate Realtor Institute designee. In addition, he is an e-PRO real estate professional recognizing expertise in the use of advanced technology and a CRS-Pro designee awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. CRS recognizes agents who have a proven track record of success in residential real estate.

He is also a member of the Three Carat Diamond Circle Club which recognizes superior production, a coveted award presented by the South Metro Denver Realtor Association.

Douglas is known for his love of the great outdoors, especially the majestic Rocky Mountains. He enjoys extreme snow skiing, water skiing, and many other outdoor activities and a variety of sports, including scuba diving and swimming. Douglas and his wife Cheri are raising six children who share their love for Colorado. The couple are also active supporters of their church.
