Drey Campbell

Drey Campbell, PhD, is a driven and relational agent with Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Drey’s education, past career as a professor, and deep roots in the treasure valley help him to serve clients effectively while building longstanding relationships. Drey’s passion involves finding deals off market, and helping clients transform them through development/entitlement. Drey can operate in a variety of commercial real estate realms, and focuses on multifamily, industrial, development, and investment properties.
Drey has helped an innumerable number of clients in his real estate career thus far. His driven follow up and ability to negotiate in stressful situations has led to a variety of deals that are both on and off market. In the last two years alone, Drey has facilitated the sale and leasing of over 2mm square feet of commercial real estate. Drey collaborates with developers and investors both in and out of state, and is an investor himself, which helps bridge the gap of understanding many ownership issues. Drey’s history as a counselor and educator help create a positive workflow through the deal process for all parties involved.
