Dulce is a great realtor. She helped us find our first home. She educated us about our options and about the process and walked us through step by step. She was super responsive when we wanted to go see a house, and super fast at preparing the documents and submitting our offers as soon as we were ready. You could tell she was wholeheartedly invested in our success in purchasing the house. All throughout the process she was professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. We began our house search in the summer of 2021 which was a crazy market, and she helped us keep in good spirits and was confident that we would find our home despite the particular difficulties the market created for buyers. And she was right! We're so glad we had Dulce in our corner for our home-buying experience.

Dulce made my experience as a first time home buyer amazing! She was very informative and very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. You could really tell she was doing her best throughout the negotiating process to work in your best interest.
