Earl Knighten was a godsend as I took steps to secure my first commercial rental property. He listened very intently to the features I was looking for and gave great advice on what questions to ask of the respective landlords. Earl not only helped me get into my home he walked me thru the process and what to look out for and therefore I didn't get taken advantage of. In fact, I recently reached back out to him to discuss what a good time to refinance for a lower interest rate and shorter period and he gave me so much insight that when I did eventually go to the lender to refinance they were shocked at what I was asking for and I had a lot more negotiating power to get the rate and time I wanted. Earl is rare.
