Eddie was fantastic during the entire home purchase process. From looking for the right house, strategically out manuevering other offers with a winning bid and closing on a expedited timeline, I could not have asked for more. He understands what sellers are lpoking for an offer and will position you perfectly to compete with other buyers. 5 star, full recommendation to prospective buyers. On a personal note, he also taught me so much as a 1st time home buyer. He was patient, kept me on schedule and helped me stay relaxed during the home purchase process. At the end of the day I have the house I wanted, at the price I wanted in a crazy market. Cant thank him enough! Thank you Eddie!
