Efrain Chacon

Having lived in Los Angeles and San Diego, Efrain has garnered the knowledge needed to help his clients fulfill their real estate needs, whether it is a first-time home buyer, or an experienced investor focused on the opportunities the Southern California marketplace has to offer. Born in the San Fernando Valley and raised in both the Valley and El Salvador, Efrain comes from a family of hard-working parents who believed in pursuing the American dream, and he has ensured that his parent's passion continues to live through him. Efrain's dedication to hard work comes from his service in the U.S. Marine Corps. His devotion to ethical standards and integrity are derived from over a decade of experience in Law Enforcement. Efrain is extremely devoted to helping the local community, its citizens and is an outspoken advocate for Veterans and his values of God, Family, and Country are emulated in his daily life. A graduate of National University, Efrain holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a Minor in Accounting and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Community Development. Efrain is a Board of Director with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals in La Jolla. During his free-time, Efrain makes sure to always spend time with his wife, 3 kids, and 4 dogs, as well as volunteer with local community groups.
