Last summer we decided to move to Evans Georgia. We were living in Ramona California at the time. I started going online looking at listings in Evans. I received a email from Ehrin that if I needed any help looking for a new home to contact her and she and her family lived in Evans. There is a lot of information on the YouTube and Multiple Listings to help find a home. It was extremely helpful to find someone that lives there and is able to help find you the right home in a favorable neighborhood. We texted and Emailed each other back and forth. We eventually started talking on the phone and I could tell she was definitely the person I wanted helping me on this new adventure. Ehrin would go to homes that I was interested in and look at them for us and send us video’s so we could have a better idea of what the homes looked like. We eventually narrowed down the search and we came up with five that we thought would work. Ehrin then arranged to take my niece and nephew who live in Evans to look at the homes to get their opinions. Them my wife and I flew to Evans and Ehrin showed us all the homes we were interested in. Jackie and I decided on a home in the Highland Lakes area. Ehrin negotiated a fantastic deal for us and Ehrin was always there when we needed her. We have purchased several homes over the years and Ehrin is by far the best and most professional realtor we have ever had. She visited us after we moved in with some welcome gifts, plus she donated some of her commission to a worthy non-profit organization. We were invited to her Client Appreciation party at Bartram Trail Golf Club. We had a wonderful time and were able to meet her wonderful family. She had Jenny Miller a local professional photographer take a mini shoot of all her clients with the golf course in the background. We found Ehrin to be very active in the community and is spending her time and money to make Evans a better place to live.
Ehrin Fairey is a SPECIAL PERSON and I'm thankful that I got to know her and be able to call her a friend.

Some inspection items came up and could have sunk the sale.
