Elaine handled both the purchase in 2012 and sale in 2021 of our home in San Jose, CA. In both cases we were remote, and we really need someone we could count on on the ground in CA. Elaine was knowledgeable, professional, and consistently went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly, including hiring repair contractors, handling staging, and of course ensuring that all of the paper work was accurate and timely. She didn't miss a detail, even to the point of fixing some painting and volunteering to meet a vehicle shipment pickup for us. She was always a pleasure to work with and I never worried for a second that everything would go smoothly. I strongly recommend her.
