I have earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations, providing specialized expertise for home sellers and military families moving to or from the Dayton and Miami Valley markets.
In addition to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process, I bring hands-on experience in home improvement, remodeling, property preparation, and real estate investment. I actively work with homeowners to prepare their properties for sale by assisting with organization, decluttering, repairs, and renovation projects designed to maximize market appeal. In 2019, I personally financed, managed, and completed a residential property flip, gaining firsthand experience in property renovation and investment real estate.

Outside of real estate, I have been married for 28 years and am the proud father of two daughters. I am also an active musician, playing guitar weekly at church and performing throughout the community as a solo guitarist and vocalist.
