Eric Holz

Eric is originally from the Grand Ledge area. After high school, he went to culinary school in Arizona and returned to the area after he finished his degree. He worked as a personal chef for Governor Granholm.

While working with the governor, Eric learned a lot and enjoyed the many challenges of cooking large dinners for political figures and other influential people. After working for Governor Granholm, he did what he had always wanted to do and joined the military. With the support of friends and family, eric joined the United States Marine Corps and to this day it has been one of the best decisions of his life. Through his time in the military, Eric learned more about how to treat others with respect, self-discipline, and the value of integrity.
