Eric Nicholson

Eric was born in Washington, D.C. and spent his childhood in the Maryland suburbs. Graduating from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Rhetorical Studies amp Theater, Eric’s career began very early in Marketing, which eventually landed him in the role as Senior Marketing Officer at The Department of Commerce Federal Credit Union. Since then, Eric has been able to successfully translate his Marketing background and love for property into a career in real estate. It is with his background that he has been successful in developing strong relationships in the industry, thereby, allowing him to finesse real estate transactions seamlessly. Respectively, Eric was named one of the recipients of the Volunteer of the Year award for his work with Food amp Friends, a nonprofit which provides meals, groceries and nutrition counseling to people living with life-challenging illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and cancer. As a native Washingtonian and resident of the Hillcrest neighborhood, Eric assists clients throughout Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. And while exercising the right mix of connectivity, competency, and a commitment to high level service, Eric strives to ensure his clients with an exceptional real estate experience.
