Ernesto Luis Bustamante has been consistently purchasing, developing, and operating commercial real estate assets for more than 20 years. His focus has been specifically in the multi-family segment of the industry. Ernesto’s strategic thinking and keen ability to identify opportunities in emergent submarkets has enabled him and his group of investors to capitalize on those segments; a total portfolio market value of over $250MM USD.


Since 2010, Ernesto has represented Buyers & Sellers in the acquisition or disposition of different real estate asset classes and investment sales throughout South Florida. Some of the different asset classes include: Multi-Family, Hotels, Industrial, and Residential.


Ernesto has strong ties in the South Florida community and is member to multiple local and national real estate associations that promote building strong communities and shaping public policy on real estate issues.
